As the crisp air of fall rolls in and the “berrrr” months settle over the neighborhood, the streets grow quieter, spookier. Leaves scatter, the wind howls through empty corners, and just when you think the night can’t get any stranger… a shadow appears. Not just any shadow—looming, watching, larger than life. The locals whisper about it, but few dare to believe.
A mysterious figure prowls above the rooftops, casting an eerie presence over the town.
It’s not just a cat… it’s "A BIG F***in’ Cat."

The ghost and bats come together to swirl around the lilac colored radiation and warmth. Dracula loves his nightlife and darkness but he also loves his elegant features Hangin' in his castle.

With lantern in hand he surveys the land while making his nightly walks. The first of the Hill series. This art piece originally was created with a peaceful and calm blueish night sky as shown. However the first printed version was changed to an alternate bright orange evening sky, due to some printing issues I was having in the early days of my old studio. As time has moved forward I have been able to correct the issues in print color and was able to finally publish this version. Therefore it is called The Hill (Original). Be sure to check out the other versions of this print and see which one you like best!

Colorful spirits cover the skies above at the Ghostly Manor. We have seen what unusual visitors wonder the grounds outside of this historical mansion. Many say it is the ominous creatures pacing back and fourth on the grounds outside, haunting this place, (as seen in the "Visitors" art print). It could also be the wonderers gliding through the air that do all the menacing. I wouldn't want to find out.! With a collection of variations on this popular print, it's evident, We can see that this great house has no guests, no people living here, but ...........it is never vacant! The "Ghostly Manor" stands as a testament to the unseen, where ghostly beings hold eternal residency, ensuring the mansion never truly falls silent. For those brave enough to explore the artistic representation of this haunted estate, the "Ghostly Manor" series offers a glimpse into a world where the boundary between the living and the spectral dissolves, leave a lasting impression of mystery and intrigue.

In the fields three ghosts float through the air,
No destination, no purpose and no time to spare.
The lands have all changed to yellows and green,
They appear very empty, or so it would seem.
Three leaves, three shadows and three round trees,
A moon filled sky so that all can see.
Bright white stars twinkling in the sky,
whilst small haunting clouds hang nearby.
What brings these friendlies out on the scene?
I can only guess... must be Halloween!
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, a lone ghost sings in chants,
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, frighten you out of your pants,
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, by the lamppost light,
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, oh what a wicked sight.
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, the melody will entice.
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, want more then just some mice
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, are here for you my friend
Dead black cats, Dead black cats, to take who summons, back to hell with them!

Keep your eyes open for these shadow casters this fall season. Don't let the owls be the only witness to what is out there.
(Dawn of Halloween)
"The Hill" stands as a cornerstone in my portfolio, marking the inception of my journey into Halloween-inspired art and print designs. Envisioning the exciting elements of a spooky autumn scene, I imagined a large friendly ghost paying a visit to an eerie, abandoned house perched atop a hill, all under the watchful eye of a full moon and an ancient tree. This concept was brought to life through a striking silhouette technique. Experimenting with a spectrum of colors, each idea brought it's unique charm, making the selection process for the final piece challenging. The night sky rendition, with its vivid moon and twinkling stars, gave a dynamic vibrancy into the scene, ultimately becoming a favored choice. However, the release of "Dawn of Halloween" introduced a warm, orange-hued evening ambiance that beautifully contrasted the inherent gloom of the haunted house and hill, softening the overall mood. The possibility of revisiting "The Hill" with new color explorations remains open, hinting at the continuous evolution of this series. Both the original and it's "Dawn of Halloween" variant stand as testaments to my creative journey, embodying the spirit of Halloween and the allure of fall art. I am delighted with the reception of these pieces and look forward to sharing more Hill-inspired creations. Enjoy the first of what promises to be a captivating series, designed to bring a touch of the spooky season into your home.
(Midnight Limited Edition)
This is the (Midnight) Limited Edition of the art print "Big & Spooky". When I decided to create a limited version of this art scene, I went with very dim colors. I wanted to use the white brightness of the moon to add a soft glow on all the realistic features in the art. Then with the giant ghost in the backdrop I could fade him into the night sky and give him a ghostly transparent look. In this version I was able to use those ideas to bring this art to a life and give it the magical twilight of a cold October night.
As the echoes of Halloween night fade away, with children's laughter silenced and the final jack-o'-lanterns flickering out, the true essence of All Hallows' Eve lingers in the crisp autumn air. In these quiet, waning hours, our beloved ghost finds himself adrift in the familiar yet now maze-like suburban sprawl. The journey home becomes an odyssey through leaf-strewn streets and past darkened houses, each one indistinguishable from the next under the moon's watchful gaze. This gentle giant, having ventured far in pursuit of tricks or treats, must navigate the silent echoes of festivity and the whispers of the wind to find his way back to where his spirit truly belongs. A captivating art print that invites this wandering spirit into the warmth of your home. It's a timeless addition for those who cherish the blend of whimsy and nostalgia that this enchanting season brings. Allow our lone ghost to complete his journey by giving him a place among your cherished Halloween decorations, ensuring he's never lost again. Perfect for collectors and lovers of Halloween art, "Looking for Home" is more than just a print; it's a story, a moment frozen in time, waiting to be a part of your festive celebration.
As the chill of night descends and shadows stretch, the comforting glow of a lamppost emerges, casting a welcoming radiance into the darkness. It's under this gentle illumination that a magical scene unfolds, where the night comes alive with the whispers of adventure and the promise of new beginnings. It's here, amidst the serene ambiance of the night, that they forge new bonds, laying the groundwork for future haunts and explorations. The lamp becomes a beacon not just of light, but of friendship and unity, bringing together a diverse gathering of spectral beings.
"By the Light" and it's series, is more than just a Halloween decoration; it's an open look to the beauty and mystery of the night. It's subtle and inviting depiction of the gathering of spirits offers a blend of spookiness and charm. Ideal for those who appreciate the nuances of seasonal decor, this print transcends the boundaries of the holiday, offering a vibrant and colorful piece that can enhance any room throughout the year.
"By the Light" is not just a celebration of Halloween but a tribute to the enchanting and sometimes overlooked moments of night-time wonder.
In a small pumpkin patch up on a hill, a lonely tree stands quietly. The fall season is here and the pumpkins have all grown. As the moon rises the visitors come. These lurking friendly ghosts begin their wandering through the lands and slowly grow closer. Attracted by the shadows casted, they have found their new place, a place they can remain with no purpose. They are only interested in the gather together and to occupy the hill with the lonely tree. The lonely tree on the hill is not so alone anymore. At least until the fall season is over.
Is it a monster? No....Is it alien life? No.....Is it ghostly? YES! In the mist and fog of a cold fall night it rises and begins his search. Looking for a place to haunt! This suspicious spirit creeps back and forth through the rolling hills and stone covered graves. No sounds can be heard as it paces quietly and very slow. An eerie sight to see for any onlookers around. When will it disappear? Will he disappear? We know not where it is going, but we do know..... It Came From The Grave!!!!! AHHHHHHH.
(Purple Haze)
As The Hill series unfolds, we've witnessed ghosts haunting, aliens invading, and monsters creating chaos. These prints capture changes in the once-spooky house on the hill. Has the neighboring tree vanished, or did the house receive updates like a new roof and windows? Possibilities abound. Encircled by a fresh fence, the grounds welcome new ghosts eager to explore this intriguing residence. While the moon may be subtle, the ground radiates with an eerie glow, guiding these spirits into their haunting escapades. Invite the fourth installment of this series into your home for a spiraling touch of spookiness during the season.
(Hells Moon Beware Edition)
The "Visitors" series has always been one of my favorites to create. I have drawn many ideas and concepts but have only brought 3 total to actual print. This being a limited edition, it's original and then "Visitors 2". When creating this I enjoyed the look of repetition with the characters and changing the sizes to show distance. As eerie as it looked with ghost just aimlessly wandering outside the house, I knew I could kick that up a notch by some adding some blood red. Giving this the shades of reds and a light mist to the field really changed this to a much darker looking print. Imagining it was a haunting red moon that brought these lost souls creeping about. A "hells moon" casting it's controlling powers over them. All must beware!
(Candy Edition)
(Green Ghoul Edition)
